Predecessor of Niro Granite Ceramics: A/S Sprayer Equipment Company

Founder Johan Ernst Nyrop Johan Ernst Nyrop, - a great inventor.
Born in 1892 and earned a Master of Engineering in 1917, NIRO is the English translation of NYROP.
On November 10, 1933, Johan Ernst Nyrop invented the A/S Niro atomizer device in Denmark
and established two companies named AS Niro and Nyrop Dryer,
which were used in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals, milk powder and other liquid products ,
which is the predecessor of Niro Granite ceramics.

A/S Sprayer Equipment Company Development Process

◆1933 NIRO Group was incorporated in Denmark with a registered capital of DKK 12,000.
◆In 1958, NIRO developed to France, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand,
the United States and other countries.
At that time, the stock value was
DKK 1 million to become the world leader in spray drying equipment.
◆1978 Danish Sugar Factory (DSF) completely acquired NIRO, which was valued at DKK 45 million at that time.
◆1989 Danish Sugar Factory (DSF), The Distelleries and Danisco merged to form DANISCO A/S Group Company.
NIRO Nebulizer Equipment became a subsidiary and changed its name to NIRO A/S.
